Ltd Companies corporation tax – Small Companies Rate
In the pre budget report the chancellor announced that the increase of the small companies rate of corporation tax from 21% to 22% which was planned to come into effect from 1 April 2010 will now not take place at this time.
This is a defferal of the tax increase and will be very welcomed by the vast majority of UK companies.
