This is the constant improvement of every part of the business, no matter how small and to literally every part of the business. No matter how insignificant it seems in isolation.

TOYOTA adopted this approach to it’s business and systems and we are big advocates of this approach. It is more of a ‘mindset’ but really can work, especially when adopted throughout the whole organisation.

We have seen it work and really believe that those small incremental improvements in all areas can transform a business over time. It really can be outstanding the results that can be achieved when a business takes the worse thing in their business and makes it the best….and does this over and over. Imagine where you would be in 12 months if this approach was rolled out in every part of the business.
